A Canada Post strike has been announced, beginning May 23. This service disruption will impact mail delivery, including cheques.
If you’re collecting a pension and your payments are directly deposited into your bank account, the mail disruption won’t affect your monthly benefits. If you still receive cheques, please contact the Member Services Centre to set up direct deposit or to make other arrangements.
If you have PSPP mail to send or receive, there are options available.
Documents can be sent via the Document Centre through your YPP login, by fax, or made available for pickup or drop off at the office in Edmonton.
