Please be advised that there is a delay in processing direct deposit pension payments scheduled for July 29, 2021.

Our pension benefit administrator has been advised by their financial institution that pensioners who bank with CIBC, RBC, TD, BMO, ATB and Scotiabank will receive their direct deposit payments by end of the day or sooner.

Pensioners who use any other financial institution will receive their direct deposit payments tomorrow, July 30, 2021.

We will update this message again to keep you updated on the progress. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes for you.

APS Building Closed During COVID-19 Outbreak

The Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS) building is closed to the public until further notice.


We strongly request that you do not send us documents by mail. Please upload them using the Secure Messages feature on Your Pension Profile (YPP). You can also use YPP to update your personal information.


The Member Services Centre remains open to telephone calls during regular business hours
