Have you tried the pension calculators on the mypensionplan website?
Members are encouraged to register to use the online calculators on mypensionplan. The calculators will allow you to produce pension estimates (including estimates assuming increases in salaries and changes to service). You can also produce estimates for termination from the Plan if you are younger than age 55.
